The “Rami Levy Marketing” chain stores enters the field of drones in the fields related to its activity and acquires a third of the drones company “Cando Drones“.
Cando Drones Ltd. is a company whose founders are former senior officers in the IDF with professional and operational experience in development and operation in the field of aviation (unmanned aerial vehicles). The mission of the company is the establishment and operation of fleets of autonomous drones for a variety of tasks. The company already today provides services of drone-based security for operations in strategic facilities and a plant for the extraction of medical cannabis and municipal authorities and has knowledge in the control, control and operation of fleets of drones. Today, the company is developing transportation solutions using a fleet of drones in collaboration with a team from Rami Levy.
The vision for the joint activity with Cando Drones Ltd. is to create a complete system for operating a fleet of autonomous drones for the purposes of security and transportation, from the stage of the order by the customer to the completion of the mission (including matching means to the mission, planning a flight path, an interface to the airspace management systems and controlling a large number of simultaneous tasks).
