FOUNDER, OWNER and CEO
Yoely is a serial entrepreneur in diverse sectors and a pioneer in integrating innovative technologies.
Yoely is an Army Reserve General who served as the military attaché and the ministry of Defense attaché in LATAM and served in a series of high-ranking roles in the Israeli Army, including service in the Marines. He has rich experience in managing large and complex multidisciplinary projects.
Yoely has a BA in history and economics and an MBA from the University of Tel Aviv.
Alon Kloss
Co-Founder and COO
Alon, with his professional skill set and experience has accumulated over many years in the military and civilian sectors, orchestrates the operations and solution integrations that the company provides to its customers.
Alon is an Army reserve General, in his last role in the military he served as Head Artillery Officer, and in his service of over 3 decades he commanded, managed, and led large operational projects with substantial resources and multiple challenges.
Alon holds an MSc. in system engineering.
Moshe Kipnis
Co-Founder and CTO
Moshe is the technological visionary and the person who develops the client’s bespoke innovative solution after analyzing needs, time challenges, budget, and regulatory demands. Moshe has rich experience in initiating and leading multidisciplinary developments starting from the first phase of ideation, characterization, planning, producing, and experimenting until the final stage of the bespoke solution
Moshe has won several prestigious awards: the Israel Security Award as Head of Project, the Head Artillery Officer’s Awards for his contribution to developing weaponry solutions, and the Israel Military Industry award for Excellence regarding project for a foreign client.
Moshe has a B.Sc. in electrical engineering, and an MBA in Technology Management.
Boaz Sarfatty
Chief UAV Pilot and Aerial Division Manager
Boaz has years of unique experience and knowledge in the Drone sector and their integration in complex missions.
Boaz is the professional authority and advisor to all search and rescue units subjected to the Israeli Police.
Many UAV pilots have been trained and qualified for various missions by Boaz in the last few years, with emphasis on flying and safety.
Alon ZABUSKI
CFO
Alon is a Res. Lieutenant Colonel holding a BSc. in civil engineering from the Technion and an MBA in Business Administration.
Alon has rich experience in project management in particular regarding the financial management of large and complex projects in the private and security sectors.
Alon is one of the founders of the company.
Shay PERRY
VP of R&D
Shay is a Res. Colonel with over 25 years of experience in UAVs, he is also one of the founders of the IDF’s UAV array.
Shay was the commander of a UAV squadron that combines both mid-level and low-level aerial vehicles and is a certified UAV instructor.
The enormous amount of knowledge that Shay accumulated in the military; he has decided to invest in Civilian missions. Shay is a partner in Cando and serves as the VP of R&D. He serves as project lead on complex projects that demand the development of innovative and technological abilities.
Shay has a BSc in Industrial Management with a specialization in information systems and an MBA in Business Administration.
Yulia Katz
vp of Strategy
Yulia is an expert in the technological content world – cyber protection, attack and defense methodology, and telecom and computer infrastructure.
After 24 years of service in the Israeli Air Force and in the Prime Ministers’ office (National Cyber Array) Yulia joined the Cando team and serves as the VP Strategic Development in charge of marketing, sales, communications, and cyber infrastructure.
Yulia has an MBA in Business Administration.
Nir BASHAN
VP of Logistics
Nir Bashan is a Res. Lieutenant Colonel with expertise in logistics and supply chain. He led the creation of the IDF’s Supply Center.
He was awarded Project Manager of the Year by the PMI Union in 2020.
Nir has an undergraduate and graduate and degree in Logistics, Economics and Management.
Ran Efrati
A member of the Board
Ran Efrati, a member of the Board of Cando Drones, the Chairman of the Board of Cofix Group Ltd and Swiich B.I. Core Systems Ltd, CEO of “Rami Levy Shuk HaShikma Communications Ltd” and manager of investor relations for the Rami Levy Group.
Ran, who has a earned a master’s in law, and is a licensed lawyer with extensive experience in the practice of civil and commercial law, investor relations, the stock market, and conducting negotiations, among them that which brought about the signing of the first hosting agreement in the Israeli cellular market.
Ran has had several senior management positions, including as the Director of a public company that had a part in the natural gas field “Tamar”, has lead and is currently leading a number of initiatives in the areas of real estate, innovative technology- such as: digital wallets and virtual cellular providers with thousands of subscribers, as well as in other commercial sectors in which he integrates the establishments of companies, the development of a number of capabilities, issuing banking securities, and bring the companies to be valued at billions of shekels. Ran is still active today in bringing financial and commercial growth to different companies.
Orit Shefi
Human Resources Manager
Orit has a vast amount of experience gained over 14 years in large, international organizations.
Orit is an expert at managing a number of company level Human Resources sectors including: hiring, training, organizational development, workforce welfare, and community relations.
Orit is experienced and knowledgeable in creating, leading, and bringing to realization large and complicated company level events.
Orit has a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences, specializing in Human Resources.
